Stanley Lunchbox
They don’t make them like they used to. I purchased a vintage Stanley lunchbox for $15 on eBay. A nearly unbreakable 1 quart metal thermos is stored on top of the lid. The lid can be turned over and used as a lunch tray.
A divided 7 quart interior provides plenty of storage space. The lunchbox is insulated to keep food cool.
I’ll clean this up and put it to many more years of use.
If you prefer, a new lunchbox can still be purchased. Here is an Amazon link…

That old box is a beauty.
You got it for a good price.
And yeah, there are plenty of miles left in that thing.
I have one like this http://www.lunchboxes.com/dome.html except REALLY old, and although I have retired and don’t use it anymore, I doubt I’ll ever get rid of it. Too many miles together.
Funny how we cling to stuff like that, isn’t it?
That’s a great lunchbox too. My grandfather used one just like it.
